By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

25+ comprehensive courses across various digital skills
One-time purchase courses with lifetime access
Reseller program allowing users to resell purchased courses and earn commissions
Support and mentorship services

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Payment and purchase terms:

All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are non-refundable
Courses are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access - no recurring subscriptions
We use Flutterwave for secure payment processing
Free courses available to all registered users
Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the purchased course(s)

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
Transmitting, or procuring the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

6. Intellectual Property & Reseller Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided through our platform, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of King Ezekiel Academy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Reseller Rights: When you purchase a course, you are granted the right to resell that course using your unique reseller link. You may share your reseller link to promote and sell courses you have purchased. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Restrictions: You may only resell courses that you have personally purchased. Sharing course content directly (videos, materials) is strictly prohibited. All sales must be processed through our platform using your reseller link.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall King Ezekiel Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Reseller Program & Commissions

Reseller Eligibility:

You may only resell courses that you have personally purchased
Each user receives a unique reseller code upon account creation
Commissions range from 20% to 50% per sale, as set by the platform administrator

Commission Structure:

Commissions are credited to your pending balance immediately upon sale
Pending commissions are released to available balance after 72 hours
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦5,000 (Nigerian Naira)
Withdrawals are processed automatically via Flutterwave Transfers API

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, you will lose access to all courses and services. However, any courses you have purchased will remain accessible for the lifetime access period, subject to account status.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion. Note that pending commissions may be forfeited upon account termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
